I love this! The idea is fantastic and also what you did with it is stunning! I can't wait to read more soon. :) Oh, and the humor in this story is great! *lol* My favourite part so far is:
#"Rodney." The babbling continued. "RODNEY!" Rodney stopped talking and turned to face him. "You need to calm down and stop moving and talking. Atlantis has apparantly decided you're some kind of threat, and every weapon in the place is pointed at you. You make one wrong move, and you'll be atoms."
There was silence for a moment, then, "Well, technically I already am..."

You probably shouldn't shoot people down just because they say they want more of your story, because obviously, they do. If you have no respect for people who say they want more, then you should not even accept any reviews. What's the point in even writing a fic if people don't tell you they want you to continue? And what's the point in telling people you don't respect them, people who went out of their way to comment on your story when they don't even have an account?
Nevertheless, nice work. This is quite interesting.
